rice Boran

The term is taken from the Boran rice rice container called the Boran, a kind of basket made of bamboo-shaped loop at the top and square at the bottom with four buffers at each corner. This dish consists of white rice or rice and corn and a variety of side dishes such as fried chicken, shrimp, tempeh, tofu, salted egg, urethane (prospective egg), milk fish, fish and fish sili cursing mixed in a spicy chili sauce acid, anointing vegetables, fried dreadlocks and added peanut brittle.

Typical value of rice Boran is located on the recipe sauces. There are two types of sauce that is used, the chilli sauce and chilli ointment.
